Happy New Year! One of the 5 precepts of The Go Do Shin is "Never forget the Spirit of First Beginning". In that spirit, I'd like to remind everyone that classes in Lexington are available starting the week of Feb 2nd. Our normal schedule is: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:00-5:30. I have a number of commitments this month that will make for an abbreviated schedule. But, if you want to come in for a class to observe in early January, let me know and we can see what work
